I am getting a toyota passo 2010 Hana plus 2014 import with 23000 Km mileage, alloy rims, red wine color for 13 lakhs. I'm really impressed with the condition of the car, its just like brand new. but the price is little higher than i expected. Tell me guys is it a fair deal?

Try to negotiate as much as you can and give him a token as it is to find a good car the market with low mileage and in red wine color.I had bought the mileage condition in Apple green color in October last year for 1200k.

As far mileage of new passo goes, I have tested it my self on Karachi roads. Mileage is more than 16 without ac and 14 with ac. It also depends that when you had changed type oil, oil filter, and air filter get them change all together and then check you will find your car lighter and mileage will also be increased.

bought my passo 2007 registered 2012 fresh import from japan.am second owner the first guy installed cng on it and it ran bueatifully as well as petrol. he told me he changed car tyres, installed new ac and installed cng rest the car gave him no problem at all. bueatifully maintained car when i saw it...but then it came to me...and showed me all the same problems for the same reason i changed my vitz 2000 registeration 2007...

the car didnt start in the morning. it gets heated up after jump starting it through cables...it is blowing off steam (yes steam not smoke) from its silencer...

took it to a trusted mechanic. he just started it and said right away u have problem in fuel injector and advancer. change the fuel injector and advancer and car would be fine. then for second opinion took it to toyota showroom near millenium mall karachi. they said the car doesnt have any problem only cng wires were causing a bit problem and they wouldnt check the cng coz they dont authorize it. they referred me to a cng mechanic. advancer changed and then the same problem car doesnt start as usual again in the morning so i have to change the battery jump start and then the car starts.

battery doesnt have any problem. the guy i bought this car from is surprised he said never took the car to any mechanic at all since importing it from japan...

any good car mechanic i should show the car? i sold off toyota vitz for the same specific reason as it was highly liked by my family, cng installed, economical but for two years i changed advancer, ac problems, engine overhaul as it was producing smoke...

any person willing to give me advice as to how to approach in fixing my car? i am in love with japanese car specially passo and very disturbed to see it this way...

What ever the ac you have climate control or normal you should take it to Thal Engineering Tariq Road official Toyota ac service centre

Dear All,

I like to share the way i maintain my Passo Hana+, since it was my first experience with JDM that's why i was bit worried to where to take my car for maintenance but finally i decided to buy oil, oil filter, and air filter from the JAPAN Autos Plaza and send my car to Toyota 3S for periodic maintenance where they check 41 points of your car as per Toyota standard.

it is little expensive way then maintaining your car with road side mechanics and petrol pump's service station but believe you me I found it lot better than the said process.

YES! It is not considered safe to watch video during drive so it does not work. It is confirmed and normal.

these Players have DVB-T (Digital TV), but unfortunately digital tv signals are not available yet in Pakistan, so we cannot play TV on these devices.

Thanks and very kind of you for making the stuff online. Before that I got the file from brother @waqasjamil but it didn't work on my system properly. The sellers in the market are not cooperative to understand and let us understand the matter. I bought the stuff from two different people in the market but it only helped a little.

Few months back in November, i carried out a market survey of dealerships on Khalid Bin Waleed Road before finalizing my Toyota Passo 2010. The average price range for basic version was minimum 11.35 lakhs and max 11.85 lakhs whereas Hana version was being sold in range of 12.75 lakhs and above.
Considering the current scenario, i think you should take price estimates from a number of shops in your area before finalizing your car.

Please Let me know from where you got your navigation fixed I'm from Karachi and really desperate to fix my navigation system.. The car is just Awesome.. Just need to fix this navigation system..!!

For the navigation system to work, a memory card will have to be inserted in the slot. Its not worth it since the maps configured in the system are of Japan. However if you want to run the audio and video player then you just need to have a memory card swiped in the player. Keep in mind that whenever the battery cable is removed, your software would be erased hence you will have to repeat the swipe procedure to make the player work.
