As per my information the OE size of Toyota passo is 155/70R13. If it is true then you can go for 165/65R13 along with the OE.

Besides this my Passo (directly imported) has tyres with following specifications:
155/80/R13
This size is perfectly fine as far as drive pleasure, fuel efficiency is concerned but the car hits on abnormal speed breakers when there are 5 passengers on board.

- installing spacers on all four wheels
- changing wheel size
- changing rim and wheel size
Currently tyres installed on my car are 155/80R13 79S

I have changed tyres to 185/70/13, now it is perfectly fine even on huge bumps.
