Toyota passo kgc10 1kr-fe engine, no power to fuel pump

Hi everyone
I have a Toyota passo 1KR-FE which is failing to start because there is no power going to the fuel pump. I checked the pump and connected it direct to the battery and it works fine. I tested the fuel relay and the EFI relay and they are both fine. I also changed the plugs with brand new ones. I ve seen no fuel coming to the injectors. and pump not receiving power when I try to cank the engine. Any more ideas what I can do and what next to check.

Any codes? You first have to check whether ECU is providing power to fuel pump via scanner. If you got good scanner like Toyota's Techstream, you might be able to manually turn fuel pump on.

If it is turning on via turning key or manually via scanner, then you would be checking continuity between fuel pump and ECU.

First of all he needs to check the crank starter relay it has 2 outputs one for starter relay and other for ECU if the ECU circuit is disconnected the ECU doesn't recognise the start signal and cuttsoff the fuel pump.

To check and confirm this he should attach a bypass wire directly to fuel pump and crank the engine if it starts then he should check the fuse box in left side cowl box
