Salaam guys. I just bought a Toyota Passo XL Package S 2018. I wanted to know how you change the Language on the panel. I tried using google translate but it didn't help. I have the SD card that activates all the navigation. Please help. Thank you.

Don't throw Japanese Navigation Unit.
Your Japanese unit will sell for 4-5k and buy Chinese Android Unit as Hash4u suggested.
