Why dont you just visit markets and check prices and quality your self .....
For example in Rawalpindi the correct place would be Nelum market or babu Mohalla more specifically where big car accessory shops are. In Isb you can ring up Dubai Autos (get their number from fb page ).
Or if you want Totally Jdm stuff you can try talking to @umermuslim he is a jdm importer maybe you can work some deal out
