This is electric vehicle warning sound, this is designed to alert pedestrian because when your car is on EV mode its so quite.

Japanese thought how a blind man would know that a car is coming, so they installed this feature, later they found that their car is also equipped with horn.

i recently had both these lights turned on... however my car was working abs fine.....i went to the electrician to get it checked and he asked me if there was any problem with the drive...to which i said no.....however i had used regular fuel instead of hi-Octane quite a few times recently......

all he did was check on a scanner which indicated poor engine power which i didnt feel while driving....so he refreshed the warnings and the lights went away...told me to keep an eye on the indicators and if it happens again he will check it throughly until then its good to go....

now 2 days back my car is kind of acting strange....as soon as i press the accel. after an idle stop the engine groggles....feels like its not getting enough power to move... its minor so far but iv felt it..

my car is regularly mantined ... iv changed my oil from the toyota imported tin wala oil which used to cost me around 8k to Kixx 0w-20 which costs me 3400 with filter....

any theories?

Hi,
This icon is for hybrid system warning light. You need to scan your car to get the exact code for gettting the proper reason.

@jeepaholic the icon indicated for check hybrid system. Usually for checking HV system.

We just deal with 1 Prius and 1 aqua with same situation which were drown in Nazimabad area and north Nazimabad area. Another aqua is at our workshop which was drown towards ziaud din area. Contact us INSHALLAH we ll resolve your issue and ll bring it to perfect.

i got my car scanned and it said poor engine power............ but drive wise my cars working fine except for the little shake when i press the accelarator....rest is fine........

any guesses?

Can you please tell the trouble code number what actually you received in scanning? Also which car you have? In general it seems something in relation to tuning of you car as you are this stage on you words however can tell you specifically on trouble code details.

Guys

Need a bit of help as there is a warning light ( as marked in circle only) which remains constantly on in my Aqua once I start of.

There is absolutely no problems what so ever in drive and all but this light bothers me a bit as i dont really know what does it mean ?

Can anybody help please?

searched every possible page i could find for aqua/prius c dashboard warning lights and could not find this symbol :-s i think ull have to get it scanned ......... take it to the dealership or anyone who knows how to work a scanner on aqua and get the excat code/problem

It's not the problem at all @jiggerzzzz this is just because he has switched his instrument cluster to upgraded and latest version from his original one. This light is not coming when he switched on ignition but coming once he start the engine or in ready mode. It's due to its original ECU is displaying options what originally present in car but not supporting the altered instrument cluster due to of which this light coming. One thing for this aqua car guy's consideration, there were lot of codes in 3-4 modules once you scanned your car but your car were not displaying any warning lights in dash which it should display as per trouble codes. May be the new dash cluster not supporting or I am afraid to say may be it's been altered to any oil lights or may be the disconnected from instrument cluster so it ll not display once started. U need to rescan your car to know if codes are still exist and still not showing any warning lights?

Bro, this is the indication that break pedal and accelerator are pressed simultaneously. I have heard this problem with Prius and Toyota's other Hybrid even when the pedals are not depressed simultaneously.
