This is not the case as if the lights were disconnected or altered , they would never have been turned on at the time of engine start up. They all turned on as a usual ( in ACC mode) and then go off once car comes in ready mode so the cluster is supporting it well and all are well connected.

The only issue is this light ;which may not be supported by the upgraded cluster due to non availability of the said feature in previous model. As this meter was upgraded to have cruise control installed (which is working perfectly btw ). As said there is no other issue what so ever in the vehicle except this bothering signal

Bro, then why it remains on all the time?? One cannot drive the car simultaneously while pressing brake and accelerator throughout the ride .... I even dont keep my foot on brakes while car is idle , i keep it on " P " Instead as its harmful for brake pads as well to keep pressing the brakes on signal for lengthy period.

One simple question for my knowledge, why this sign not coming when switch on ignition but when car in ready mode? The car simply shows each module indication signs once you switch on only. But it re appears only if any problem persists in any module. My question is why not showing this sign when switch on with other signs and coming after once you start the engine or in ready mode?

My car is showing the same signs. I've opened its CAT. But what about the sign on most right side. Error code is inverter cooler pump speed signal. Now I want your advice

This is just a warning light error and its easy to clear. Just reset the ECU and then run the maintenance mode.

I never do that jiggerzzz. It was like that ever since i purchased it a month back. I am just figuring out how to turn it off as scanning neither shows any codes nor clearing it after refresh.....

Originally Key start but altered to Push start by the previous owner.

Now its working on Push start system

whats the best average u guys are getting within city with AC on 100% of the time...... mine is giving me from 18-20.......however when i go deep within Rawalpindi it drops to 13-14 even.......... normal or should i have it looked at?

petrol: normally i opt for hi-octane.... regular fuel only if im totally out and need to fill up

My most of the traveling is on motorway and it gives me 22-23 kmpl on cruise at 115 kph, however in islamabad it gives close to 24-25 kmpl. I use fuel in the same manner as you do. Also using zic 0w-30

1. Switch on your car (on Acc, do not start)
2. Fully press the accelerator 2 times
3. shift the gear lever to "N" and press accelerator 2 times.
4. Shift back to "P" and press accelerator 2 times.
5. start the car

Now your car is in maintenance mode.

18 to 20 within the packed city with 100% AC on is a good enough average. No need to worry at all

Your oil is also excellent. both Kixx and ZIC 0 - 30 are excellent oils and tailor made for hybrid engines in particular.

I have Toyota Aqua 2013;

I need to replace the Aqua's spark plugs, it currently has Denso FK16R-AL8 (90919-01275). I could not find it anywhere.

However, Deso FK16R-A8 (90919-01265) is available, I am just confirming if there is any difference between Denso FK16R-AL8 and Denso FK16R-A8 ?

Also, anyone can suggest the any other best alternative in Denso and NGK.

I just want to share my recent experience on Lahore - ISB motorway....

My Toyota Aqua started giving the check light when I was on my way from Lahore to ISB (crossed Kalar Kahar), I noticed bubbling and stopped the car.

I had to call the help line, their workshop came but could not help. They suggested me to get the car towed to take it to ISB. I was not comfortable with towing, so I hired a private recovery service.

My question here is, is it safe to tow the hybrid car (Aqua/Prius) in case of emergency without harming engine or the hybrid system. I know we can switch the gear to neutral but what if we must have to switch the engine off?

I read somewhere on a US forum to never tow the car.

Can anyone share some information for everyone so they know the options if they get in trouble on highways.

**BTW, I never found the tow hook in my Aqua

Our recent experiences for prius and aqua both which brought to us by a towing vehicle in recent raining in Karachi. Who were drown & dead and we reconditioned them to perfect mode. Even aqua was not coming out of parking mode. It was somehow locked by the system. You can easily tow them without any worry in neutral and it ll not harm your hybrid system too. Nothing to worry about it.
