No they dont....average really depends....if im making trips from Pindi to Isb i get around 22km/l with A/C on 100% of the time.........but when im making trips within RWP it drops to 14 even.....coz of the traffic

Actually i am using Aqua as a full fledge family car; sometimes driving with 5 or even 6 passengers (including driver). I have consulted my mechanic, his workshop is located in Johar Town. He advised me to put spacers at back of 1/2" or 3/4" to resolve this issue.
But now i am thinking that after this amendment, the car may not looks ugly; lifting up from back side.
The condition of tyres is also not bad that forces me to replace them with higher size......

No need to replace original shockers. Just a quality one ring / one and a half ring up " Flexible" springs will do along with 185 - 65 - 15 of coarse. Will not also make your car's shape dynamics odd . Just insist on Flexible springs as hard ones will make you feel as if you sitting in a rickshaw when there is no load at the back

Should cost you around 3000 after trade in ; brand new ones.

Bro, 185 tyres have to be installed by hook or by crook on Pakistani road. 175 tyres are default tyres for Japanese roads where speed breaker height all across is half an inch or so not so like half a foot in Pakistan:). So car would certainly bang on the roads (when loaded) due to low height of it.

Secondly, even 185 tyres wont serve the purpose if the car is not lifted from back a bit but 195 tyres will lift the car but will stuck in the body and for that also car needs to be lifted likewise. If you lift body on 175 tyres, the extra open gap between body and tyres will look odd . Although the difference between the two is only 10 cms but believe me, it makes a whole lot of difference in terms of overall dynamics of the car.

Moreover, the advantage of 185 over 195 is overall better areo dynamics as well as efficient fuel economy , so its a win win situation. I am sharing my own experience as I had 195 installed at the time of purchase , got it changed to 185 and drive is much more smoother as well as; is the Average. Your call obviously...

Sir atifus i have bought new aqua S grade 62k odo.. i changed tyre to 185 advan db.. i dont know why i am getting 15 to 16 kmpl avg.. i have gone to mechenic he said its really good avg but i read some post some peeps getting 18-22kmpl.. changed oil to zic 5w-20 and used toyota geniune oil filter still getting same avg. on ev car is real sielnt on engine car is like jese koi madza start ho.. please any suggestion??

15 to 16 mileage is not too bad ( I assume you are always with your AC on, otherwise its a sign of worry ). Max it could go on peak traffic in congested cities like Karachi is 18 to 19 ( with always On AC). I am getting around 18 on busy traffic. Oil must only be 0-20 of kixx or 0- 30 of zic. 5-20 is good for one time only. Next time must go for 0 -30 or 0- 20 as recommended in manual also. In winters 0-20 is better and in summers 0-30 based on Pakistan temperature but nevertheless, hybrid engines are much cooler while working then conventional and efi engines thus require thin and fully synthetic oils. Never ever use 10 - 30 or 20- 50 oil in it. Needless to say that Air filter must be clean at all times after every 1000 kms for continued fuel effeciency and oil must be changed every 5000- 6000 kms at max.

Secondly, dont drive on EV mode constantly as it will reduce your battery life which is the lifeline of hybrid engines.. Drive constantly on Eco mode which is the best mode for fuel efficiency also. EV mode is better suited when your fuel is almost gone to nil and you heading for nearest pump:)

As for noise, vibration noise is ok when engine converts from electric to petrol but noise should not be there all the time (and in electric mode, obviously vehicle remains silent). If its there throughout while its on petrol, you should see a good technician. However, usual petrol engine sound will remain there.

Thank you so much for detailed reply.. yes AC always on never tried without AC.. and will try 0-20 or 0-30 next time.. i asked mechenic for 0-20 he said 5-20 is good for pakistan..noise is like rpm gone upto 2.5k.. thankx brother

Aqua recommends 165 70 for 14 size rim. If you use 175,185 our any, it's going to affect your economy. I changed my tyres to 175 70 14 and result was dropping of average from 24 to 20-21 within city. The car felt heavy on drive..positive points were better grip and it stopped hitting every bump.
Btw finding good tyres 165 70 14 is troublesome task... but I finally managed to find a better company tyres of this size and changed them. The average is back again to 24+.. I was so frustrated with the bad economy that I changed 175 tyres after 2000km, but I would say it was worth it.

Since the day I bought I'm using havoline synthetic which is definitely not 0-20 0-30 5-30 etc...but it's serving the purpose good..

u will get better avg on clear roads.if u really want to satisfy urself,go and drive on highway for 40 50km..

if i get clear roads i get 19 to 21 easily but if i travel on bz hours i get 14 to 16
so there is nothing to worry about..

Different packages have different rim size, mine is basic package,L, it has 14 rim...there are with 16" alloy also..
