My suggestion would be; you dont need any spacers or 195 tyres.....

A quality one level ( churi ) up flexible spring ( from Shah jee in Karachi or any reputable suspension guy) and 185 - 65 - 15 tyres would serve both purpose fantastically. I had 195 tyres installed along with spacers when I purchased my car. The fuel average was around 16 , plus the lower body used to get dirty a lot due to the thickness of 195 tyres as those were about half an inch or more out of the fender ..

Removed spacers and 195 Tyres. Got 185 tyres with flexible and a bit larger springs on back shockers and bingo... Both issues infact all three issues got resolved.

Fuel Average got upto around 19 on extreme busy Karachi city with AC on all the times, Car never gets banged into speed breakers ( I dont go zig zag but yes on dead slow speed obviously) and last but not the least, the underneath body is far more clean as 185 tyres are mostly inside the fenders . ( 175 Tyres are recommended for Aqua but these would be too much thin and further lower in my opinion as every cms counts on Karachi roads:)

Thats my personal experience and a win win situation on these issues so far....

Easily about 50 kms without AC. With AC make it a bit less.

However, not recommended to let this fuel light blink too often . Should have at least 2 bars of fuel always at minimum.

However, this is not such a technical job, any suspension guy would do it.. Just check physically whether its one level up by putting your original spring and the new ones side by side and ask to give flexible soft spring rather trhan hard ones to avoid turning your car into rickshaw:)

What do you mean by one level up do you mean larger spring in height as compare to stock spring? or they installed another flexible soft spring and remove stock spring?

Salaam. I just bought aqua 2014 S package(chaabi star. I wanted to ask about following things regarding regular maintenance:
1 0w-20 is the manufacturer recommended viscosity for engine oil, so should i stick to that or should i use some other viscosity oil considering our weather. I am from Karachi BTW. And which brand is best for 0w-20 oil.
2 what about transmission oil? On the manual it is written toyota genuine ATF WS is recommended. But the transmission is CVT ? Currently the car has done 37500 kms. So should I also change the transmission oil now or wait for 40 k. Mileage is original.
3 Air filter and cabin filter cost? And i heard that it doesn't have its original filter here. GLI ka filter lagta hai. Is it true ? What about the cleaning of fan that is under the passenger seat. ?
4 tyres size and brand recommendation. Requirements: comfort, Good dry and wet grip, ground clearance. I will be installing the tyres on OEM rims. Please confirm that OEM wheel size is 14 inches or 15 inches?

Gearbox isnt CVT its e-CVT so itll use ATF WS, easily available

As for plugs and filters, i heard genuine plugs arent available and are quite expensive dont know about the filters

But if u want u can PM me i can try to help in that regard

Better to change gear oil now rather than forget later on and do it after recommended time

I never change rim size from stock.

Jazakallah khair. Yeah the engine oil topic is always a debatable one. Hoping other owners will reply. Can you please confirm the oem size is 15 inches or 14 inches? And is it 4 bolt pattern or 5 bolt pattern?. I don't know the wheel bolt pattern as I currently dont have it as i will get the car next week after registration.

Aqua has different rim size according to its package..
L package is the base line model and usually comes with 14 size.
15 and 16 also come in different trims.
165-70-14 is recommended size stamped on my car door..You may check your car's specifications add you get your hands on it.4 studs only!
I havoline fully synthetic 0-20 or 30, it has recently been launched.
Kixx,mobil,liqimoli,zic, total are also seeking this grade.
Ats ws for gear manufactured by Toyota.Get it changed asap.
Use denso air filter, will cost you around 1800-2400 jahan dao lag jae.compartment filter xli/ gli k lag jata hai..
Fan in rear seat won't be dirty if your car is only 30k driven, still you can get it checked and cleaned accordingly, it's a minor work.
Get you brake leathers checked, off they are worn out there are chances that that abs system will malfunction.

You can find all these info in car's owner manual, it will be in Japanese bit take help from Google translate..

Aqua always has 4 lug nuts
& usually is 15"

Always tighten in a criss cross pattern for equal torque distribution.

And in star pattern for 5 nuts.

Yesterday I got my Aqua Serviced. It was a good experience engine was washed with petrol and detergent only with hybrid covers with plastic. Few questions
1. Which polish is the best specially for black
2. Where can I find in Karachi washer fluid to add in wind screen washer
3. I tried to open the back battery filter. I opened the seat cover then opened 3 locks of filter but the cover did not came out think there was a 4th lock but did not find any. Need suggestions
4. I read and worked accordingly the manual to change the door lock and open configuration from inside as well as from remote but that is not working on my car any suggestions
5. Can anyone from Lahore can help finding me CD for NSZN-W64T from some DVD shop on hall road

I don't believe that a 2014 Toyota Aqua is merely 37,500KM driven. Considering the fact that Toyota aqua is a daily of almost all who have kept these in Japan, even i haven't seen any accidental 2014 Aqua clocked this low.

Aqua's air filter is completely different from the one for Gli, take a look:

Thanks for your suggestions. How much havoline 0w-20 costs ? And can you suggest Tyre brand. Requirements are Comfort, Good wet and dry grip and ground clearance. I was thinking about installing 185/60/15 or 195/60/15. How much will it effect on the fuel economy?

This is air filter, we are talking about cabin filter. Cabin filter is same as xli/ gli.

regarding tyres,185,195 will make car heavy and your economy will decrease.
I switched to 175 from 165 and my average dropped from 23 to 20km/l.
Go for the recommended wheel and tyre size, any addition to that will only effect average. Yes ground clearance can be increased by wider tyres or by increasing wheel size.

You can also achieve ground clearance by placing spacers, but then you car will become uncomfortable.

People have also suggested bigger springs.
