Aoa guys. Want to ask a question about prius 3rd gen. I've read on many forums and reviews and priuschat that the cabin noise is terrible. I want to ask the real owners that is this true.? Is the cabin insulation good or terrible? Please answer truthfully

Not very sound proof from the back hatch(back side) as compared to other local sedans..other than this its well insulated (corollas 11thgen insulation is 5 to 10% better)

The ground clearance is not as good as current Corolla and Civic. Spacers is one solution which I don't personally like at all. In my opinion they ruin the car's look and ride both making it clumsy. I went for 1+ tyre size by putting 205/65-15 as opposed to stock 195/65-15 on S-Led. Problem got much less and a little careful slower speed amd angular passing on higher humps has sorted the issue.

Again saying..cabin is well insulated but not from the back side (the hatch or the trunk) however corolla is more quiet while sitting at the back
Ground clearence is surely a problem..i have used 0.75 inch spacer at back,0.5 inch spacer at the front.its good to go

Its not irritating but little noisy (traffic noise) as compared to other cars with closed/seperated trunk

Just checked the speed..the pick and drive on power mode is really impressive..milage i got is 18.6km/l on 120 to 135 km/h with eco mode
Had a friendly race with my cousns grande who went with me and believe me grande was left far behind..only thing is that its locked on 180 and grade went till 200 or 210 km/h
(Till 180 grande cant compete with prius )
