Toyota Prius Ground Clearance

AOA. I have bought Prius 2012 G Touring selection. need your help to guide me how to improve the ground clearance. May be someone share his experience how they resolve the issue. i would seek help from current prius users specifically.

W.S. Another option is spacers / packing, but these will ruin the suspension in the long run; road grip and handling.

JizakAllah khair. So conclusion is to go for big springs ? May be of Prius alpha? As big tires are not really solving the problem.

I have been there and this is the only reason I have to sell my Prius, other than that, I loved every bit of that car. I would suggest you not to mess with any OEM configuration of your Prius whether its tyres or springs or spacers etc. and keep it as it is, otherwise you will be spending a lot more afterwards on the suspension and all, just try to live with it and on speed bumps and potholes, try to slow down your Prius, I would say dead slow, and then pass, other than that, enjoy your ride.

Yes, I also find it quite irritating sometimes, that's why sold it in the first place. I suggest you sell it to someone who can live with it.

Brother I cannot comment about the big, larger springs, however one thing is for sure:

If you'll do any sort of chaaeer chaar, then consequences will come!

If you'll install big springs, then handling / road grip will be compromised.

If you'll install spacers / packing, then again, handling / road grip will be compromised, but suspension / springs will also take a toll.

Tyres will provide benefit up to a certain limit. Beyond that, it would be useless, rather bring harm than good. Exceptionally big and wider tyres will also ruin suspension, as well as fuel economy.

I am not an expert, but I think, spacers / packing sey behtar hai k banda baray springs install karwa ley, still, let the experts guide you better.
