Toyota Prius Mileage Concern? Is it a good time to sell?

Aoa, I have a Toyota Prius 1.8L ( 2014-2017) registered, and from day 1st it is with me. Now total mileage on meter in around 175000. I am concerned about the total mileage, is it a good time to sell it? because I heard people saying that after 150000 km, battery life start to decline and the more it runs the more difficult it becomes to sell the car.
Plus I get around average of 17-20 depending on the route, mostly it is around 17-18. Is that a point of concern? because I used to get better average in starting days.
And lastly, my car feels much in pressure, like it's not light to drive, does a bit knocking also, plus I feel car is not in it's full power, like what a 1800 cc should be. Should I get its catalytic converter checked?

There are car shops from which you can buy refurbished battery packs. I do not, however, know whether these are imported or if local guys are rebuilding these batteries(other members can help out if they know). If done properly, rebuilt battery packs are as good as new ones. Check these shops out and inquire cost from them. Most of the ones I see have signs of "hybrid battery" and "efi/computer" specialist. You can inquire about batteries from these shops. Otherwise, for the rest of your car if you've been maintaining it properly, it shouldn't give you any troubles for even the next 2 lakh kms.
