Just to let all you guys know who in future would prefer Toyota Rawal Motors for any sort of repair/maintenance work... PLS DONT. looteray full time.
i went to Toyota Rawal motors to get my Cuore's 45k kms check done. Initially the RO raised by the service advisor was for Rs. 2740/-, which included transmission oil change, brake servicing (Skimmed the router), and a general check (plugs, CNG etc etc.) and i advised them not to change the oil/air filter and the mobile oil since i have already done so. The time they gave me was 2 hours Max.
The general tech shop mechanic lost the RO, so after work done i requested them to print me out a new one, which had increased price with Rs. 4985/-. which also included engine and oil filter change that i specifically asked him not to. I started arguing him and this is what he said to me:
"I admit my mistake app nai thappar marna hai thappar mar lo mei tu yeh amount nai pay ker suktha apni pocket say ab oil change ho giya hai tu pay ker do".
i called the manager and he said the same thing and in the end since i was running out of time i had to pay them. The moment i drove out of the showroom my brakes failed and i had to pull the handbrake to stop the car. Once again i was back in the showroom. So the 2 hours time frame they gave me ended up me staying in the showroom from 9:30am to 5:15pm. Entire day. No compensation no nothing. and my Brakes still wuldnt work they had to skim the router again and finally at about 4pm the so called senior USTAAD very casually came up and fixed the brakes himself.
So, i would strongly suggest to please consider other options just not Toyota Rawal motors. My first 2.0D g was a toyota Rawal motor purchase and their poor customer service made me buy the rest of the 2 Toyota's from Islamabad Motors. and now their service shop as well. :(
