Toyota Rush 2018 vs Toyota C-HR (4.5 million budget)

AoA, I have a budget of around 4.5 million Pkr. I have shortlisted Rush and C-HR as final options. I have not driven either of these vehicles. Please suggest which of these options is better in terms of drive, quality, comfort, reliability, design, parts availability and resale value? I drive in Islamabad only but travel to northern areas once or twice a year on vacations.

Every has their opinion this is mine

Rush will be quite better since it is a bigger car than CHR. CHR looks big but its quite small when you sit inside it. Both cars have almost same features, RUSH has 2-3 more features.
RUSH you will 2019 model from Toyota Indus immediate delivery i think and registration will be easier too since less documentation. You wont need to verify auction sheets to know its genuine. CHR will have expensive regular maintenance since Hybrid engine and Japanese cars recommend 0W-20 oil which is slightly expensive. Both will have expensive body parts etc but RUSH will have easy availability due to Toyota offering it in the market
Only downside of rush would be simple AT and no CVT
