Toyota Vigo diesel stuck/unresponsive throttle

Dear PakWheelers,
My 2006 model vigo’s rpm is stuck at 2000 following an oil change. I am also unable to rev the engine any further. It’s just stuck at 2000 rpm. Please help!

Nvm. Oil change guy had pulled out a plug while changing oil filter. All sorted now
