Toyota Vits Bill of entry question

Hello

If anyone who happens to know and guide me a problem I am facing with Vits model 1999 reg 2006.

I recently purchased Vits and as i happened to see its bill of entry, everything seems fine except this that on the lower right side of the page where national bank put stamp once u pay the duty, stamp is there but the amount paid to the bank is not written. I have dealt with other japnese cars and as far as i remember, amount paid to the national bank in a form of tax, penalty and all has always been there along with the total amount paid with the stamp of national bank... Is that a problem or I am just getting worried for nothing? And how to varify this that the bill of entry is correct.

Except this, CPLC is clear, car has original book with all papers in file, chasis number seems to be fine and matches the record and its clear from civic centre.

In some very rare cases these type of clerical errors do happen,if you have the original tax/duties paid receipt/challan form in the file then consider this ok.Even if you don't have them then a very little doubt arises but as you have got them checked from CPLC and Civic center then feel free and enjoy life(H)

As long as the car's registration papers are ok then I don't think you have anything to worry about. If there had been some mistake with the delivery invoices it would have been detected when the car was being custom cleared or when it was being registered. I think you are safe!

well if u have the orignal papers and really want to buy the car then plz visit the concerned branch on nbp and they will verify it.

You can check it on the port where Bill of Entry was filed, ask for the computer section and you will see how much tax was paid. You can double check with the branch where money was paid.
