Actually that is not true, the market rates are far higher than what you mentioned. You can also have a look at the available Vitz cars available on Pakwheels to get an idea.

but sadly bro. no matter how perfect it is , its still a VITZ 2004 , and would stay like it.
i m not a buyer , but just an honest peice of advise.

NEVER EVER judge the current market of the car by similar adds on PW.

99% of the sellers here , post ridiculous and unrealistic prices.

anything above 675 ,000 would be a definite deal for this car. and that too because of its immaculate condition , otherwise the current market for this model is around 625-650 for used ones.

unregistered ones if found are fethching around 680k-700k.
