Toyota Vitz 2006, jerking issue

I am facing this weird issue with my car. When driving after 3-4kms the car takes a jerk and the thermostat "Cool" light turns on, this turned from once in awhile thing to happening very frequently in a single drive of about say 20-25kms, at one point the car engine turned off had to start it again. I got the usual tuning done with new spark plugs and new oil filter. After which it kinda diminished after about 3-4 drives.
My usual drive is about 60kms per day btw, so since Monday it started happening again jerks started coming back with the thermostat light coming up everytime the car jerked and today the engine shut off again.
I am kinda confused about this issue, if anyone can help me out here please.

Did you flushed the rediator?
Which grade oil are you using?
What kind of tuning was done with your car?

No didn't flush radiator
Not sure about the oil grade
For tuning, nothing major just got the oil changed and the spark plugs and I guess that was it...

I talked to someone and he is recommending me to get the fuel pump checked. As I have observed that this hiccup only happens in the first 15-20 mins of the drive after that it kinda vanishes and since Monday it is only happening during my morning drive to work, it doesn't happen during my return drive home

Get it diagnosed Properly I recommend
Keep it 5w30 or 10w30 people recommend or fill thick old like 10w50 etc
