Toyota vitz 2007 fuel average issue

I have bought toyota vitz 2007 f1.0 model 10 registered
And 98k mileage
It gives me 10km/L average in city, but i didn't tried on motorway. I just want to know that is this average OK, or should i sell it.
Its AC compressor is also of big cars and have a hole in throttle body butterfly, do these factors affects car fuel average?
Also i need to know about the engine condition as it's compression is almost 10

No che kthe fuel trim data and also check for engine smoke olto identify the actual issue

There is no smoke coming and engine is not reducing oil
My main issue is fuel average and car doesn't changes gear when i push race pedal hard like while taking a u Turn especially when AC is ON
