Aoa pakwheelers I wanna know that how to improve Vitz 2013 fuel consumption/fuel average its giving me 11km/l that's soo less so how to improve It

With A/C in city driving, 11 KM/ Liter is good fuel avg. without A/c, it should be around 12/13 Km/liter. Remember, the smaller engine doesn't mean lower fuel consumption even in city driving. My 1.3 liter Honda city (Manual) has better fuel average than 2012 Vitz (Auto).

Fuel consumption depends on so many factors, but foremost (I think) is to get the car in mechanically near perfect and stock condition. You should also keep the air filter clean and quality oil filter replaced at regular intervals and this is just a start.

You can't improve it further.

Vitz and Passo 1.0 have small engines but very heavy bodies.

So their fuel consumption in normal/congested city traffic is 10-12kml/L. Stop and go, acceleration reduces the avg.

On highways they are kings. Driving at 100-110 speed can give you 17 average on motorways.

11km/l is normal/good avg for city with our typical traffic.
