No smoke or any check engine light. I am using 20-50 since my car is now driven 140k km. fuel average is 15.5 km/L with A/C and within city. but car reduce oil around 0.75 litters per 4000 km

Now only issue is spark plug's irredium tip spoil within 10000km. What could be the reason? Although no oil on spark plugs.

Get ur cars downstream sensor if it's working fine. If sensor is OK then use thicker oil.

I have made the following things done in LHR with my Toyota Vitz 2013 Model 77000km Driven 4 Grade Car.
- Engine Oil Changed from Toyota
- Oil Filter
- Air Filter
- Cabin Filter
- Cat Convertor Cleaning
- CVT oil Change
- Break Service
- Throttle Service
- Spark Plugs Change
After getting all these things done - after 100 km approx I got the engine check light
Mechanic said that it is the error of CAT sensor he cleared with Scanner but after 50 Km it appears again.
now I have appointment after 1 hour that he is saying to change the CAT sensor.
What to do? anyone please guide.

This error code particularly deals with your downstream sensor. whatever you do is not going to work. you keep spending money. my car was having same issue but nothing worked until I replaced downstream sensor (imported from japan) which cost me Rs.12600/- two years ago. since then no check light. I can give you a contact of the importer (he is in LHR) if you decide to go with this option.

do tell me more about behavior of your car. is it consuming/reducing oil? sometime thicker grade oil like 20/50 solves P0420 error code issue. I replaced downstream sensor at 90,000 km and now i have driven my car around 70,000 km and still driving with no check engine light (P0420). my car giving 15.4 km per litter within city.

Sensor was replaced with a genuine (imported from Japan) and problem fixed 3 years ago. Thanks for your your consideration.
