Toyota Vitz 2015 F 1.0 Package Traction Control

I have Toyota VItz 2015 1.0 F package. My traction control button right next to the handbrake isn't working. Any idea why? When i turn the ignition on the ABS and traction control lights turn on and then off as a check.
What fuel average should i expect?

How do you know the traction control isn't working? When you turn on the ignition, everything starting from the check light to airbags, ABS, EPS, traction control, etc will turn on and after you start the car the indications should go away. If after start you see the traction control off symbol then there is a problem. Otherwise not.
With light foot to moderate driving style, expect 13-14 kmpl within Lahore.

Here's a picture of the dashboard. The traction control button is to turn off the traction system and then turn it on. It should work as it also controlls the ABS

Light will only remain on if you disable the traction control system by press and holding it for 5 seconds

Yes. I tried that. Pressing it once should disable traction control. And pushing it for more than 5secs sbould turn off ABS but it doesn't work.
