Toyota Vitz 2018 , 15 inch Rim

Hello .
Just bought a 2018 toyota Vitz . Need to upgrade the rims .
I cant find any of my preference in size 14 . Just need some help from my fellow members regarding the installation of 15 inch rim and tyres on my vitz regarding the fuel efficency on bigger rim size along with the issue of rim touching the inner panel on full turns and over all reduced efficency on comfort etc on 15 inch rim and tyres .

Tyres size adds up to complete the total diameter.
Wider tyres will effect mileage more then the size.
