Toyota Vitz as 2nd Car?

Assalam O Alikum to All Members,

We need your valuable opinion about 2nd car in home, we already have Honda Civic Reborn(2011) in home and we need 2nd Car in home, our budget is around 8 to 8.5 Lacs. I am thinking about Vitz 2004-2005 Model(1st or 2nd Gen) or Honda City 2006 Model (Car must be Auto Transmission).
Friends which one should be best for day to day routine conveyances (Daily Drive Max 6-7 KM)
and Which one is best in Vitz (1st Gen vs 2nd Gen) and its Pros and Cons?

For daily family usage, avoid 12+ years old car (these will have relatively high maintenance cost + Low fuel mileage).
Better to go for used suzuki WagonR 2 years old in good condition
