Toyota Vitz CVT oil Change

AOA Pak Wheelers. I need to know proper procedure for Vitz 1.0 2018 CVT oil change. I have a manual in Japanese language which recommends 6.3L Toyota CVT TC fluid in transmissions with 1KR-FE engine. Furthermore I have a confusion regarding Filler port. Can some one properly identify Filler port and draining method.

look at driver or passenger side pillar you will find vehicle ID Decal. Look at the trans-axle code and use google to decipher it., proceed with caution.

6.3 L is dry fill capacity in normal conditions if he doesn't open the oil pan the total quantity required is around 2.8 L
And if he goes for pan opening too then 4L is required to fill it

Is there any benefit of only changing 2.8L instead of the full 6.3 LTR? Thx

2.8 litre stays inside transmission box? How to drain all 6.3 litre?

By draining and refilling 3 times.

I changed cvt fluid for my vitz from toyota dealership and they opened the pan. Cleaned the metal filter and the pan. The magnets were holding metal debris cleaned them too. Used a new gasket for the pan which was available by part number with the dealership. Refilled little bit less than 4 litres till it started draining from the plug. Circled through the gears and it took a little more and it again started dripping from the drain plug. Later the mechanic tightened the drain plug. Calibrated the cvt with toyota tech stream in the end. The car pick and response increased a lot ma sha Allah.

You cant drain from the torque converter. @Xulfiqar advised to shake the cvt fluid can before pouring in as the new fluid will refresh the old one.

Yes it has a benifit if you change it early like 30 thousand kms and keep it practising it will save a lot of money and wear

It can be drained by a procedure we call flush for that you need lot of fluid with you and lots mean 12- 20 L fluid depending on the condition of old fluid l. If the old fluid is dirty then more Liters are required the procedure is simple remove the oil cooler assy and pour the 4 L oil in the transmission and start the car from the cooler by pass valve all of the old oil in the converter and lines and galleries will be pumped out once you see the clean oil stop the procedure drop the chamber and service and reinstall it again and fill it to the mark and you are good to go

No that procedure is for the new ones or diy person's. Correct procedure is to flush it by cooler by pass
