Toyota Vitz engine Rebuild Again

Seriously i don't know how he checked the oil quantity, this is the same thing i asked for. But mechanic said i know by experience.

How the mechanic determined that one litre was reduced because there is no dipstick in this transmission.

He probably meant that the mechanic drained 1 liter through the drain plug. Measured amount came out and poured in the same amount of fresh oil.

If true then sounds better safer than opening the freaking chamber like most nikammay do.

Alhumdulillah the issue is resolved, there was a filter ring in transmission which was broken and that is the main reason which is not being producing the pressure for the transmission. Replace the ring and the car achives the 150km/h with 3 adults.

Brother how was your complete experience of Engine rebuild with Irshad bhai. Is your vehicle running well after rebuild with him. I recently give my vitz to him for rebuild but still confused and scared of consequences. Whether engine will rejuvenate after the rebuild. I recently bought car from Johar and fail to recognize that engine is weak coz throttle body had a hole. I went to Irshad bhai and he did compression test and suggested me for overhaul.

Throttle hole was done to counter the low rpm problem.

Bhai I visited 6 workshops everyone suggested that engine is weak. I should go for assembly. Finally I visited Jamil autos although he tried first day on mounts, throttle body changed, catalytic cleaning and radiator cleaning but drive car starts vibrating and break got hard.

Next day he did compression test which was 145-150-155 dry and 190-165-190 wet. There was no smoke from catalytic but he said engine is weak. I have disassemble it.

I was already tired visiting many bogus mechanics wanting me to fix garbage assembly. So I opt to rebuild the engine by Irshad. He disassemble all engine and tomorrow we will go market for buying products.

With hole throttle body it was vibrating in idle. And fuel average was compromised.

It was little bit movement in all three pristons and oil deposits at valve area as well. He said water marks also available inside engine

Yesterday we went to Malik engineering works workshop and pristons were in good condition. He only adjust block. While valve head was burnt coz of water problem. We bought following items but we fail to buy genuine OEM overhaul kit yet

Good job ring size is 0.50 so it was built before.

Yes it was built before. Sir can you suggest where can I buy original overhaul kit.

No need for that Toyota Thai kit is available in Karachi. Much cheaper then original.

Use the Fuji Japan head gasket and rest of the seals etc from Toyota Thai kit

Overhaul is completed and I received my car today coz I was out of town. He suggested me to drive car for next 100 kms without ac under 60 speed.

But car after driving few kms start vibrating at idle but he suggested in advance that car accelerater pedal is faulty. It needs to replaced. No Knocking sound, no other problem but that vibration is irritating.

Today I took car again to Irshad bhai. He checked fuel pump. There was no problem. Car do rough idle sometimes when run 10-15 kms. But when I turn off car and switch it on. It gets okay

He suggested to run car for next 100 kms. Now rough idle problem solved but car turn off sometimes on signals when it gets slow on low rpms.
