Salams everyone,
Had couple of questions.
I have recently moved to isb from khi (will look forward to meeting the isb vitz club once i get settled down). Now the plan was to send my vitz via one of the many "car transporters" available all the way from khi to isb. But here's what 2 guys have told me (who already trucked their cars from khi to isb):
First, the car has started making a lot of noises... as if things have gotten loose. The bearings in the wheels needed to be replaced and alignment was messed up! Second, there was just too much dust outside as well as inside the car - in places where it was too difficult to clean!! Overall, their cars seem to have gotten 10-15 years older during the 3-4 days of trucking and they're regretting it badly!!
So what do you guys suggest? Is there a proper trucking company which can get the car in same condition to isb?
And noticed one problem only after it had rained in khi. The car started fine, but won't pick up speed when the pedal was pressed. After about 5-7 minutes or when I converted to cng, it was fine. Any idea? This happened twice, both times after it had rained and the whether was cool and wet. If this is a major thing, then will it also give problems in isb as it rains much often here!!
It's a vitz 99. Overall, the car's great... great fuel consumption too. Got cng installed last month and it's working pretty good too. Befor installing cng, it touched 163km/h (with 5 ppl and some luggage) on super highway and then I had to slow down. Am not a fan of speeding but just wanted to check how much it could do. Got caught at 130km/h and got fined for that! Then onwards I didn't cross 120!
