Dear Friends,

Can someone recommend an expert/workshop for removing CAT from my VITZ 2007 model in LAHORE except Toyota?
I recently visited BhurBan and Car was not even able to move upward smoothly and consuming more fuel.
I feel acceleration is very low due to CAT chowk.

use some hi octane and change air filter. CAT might not b the cause of it.
Plus did yiu try climbing in B or S gear?

I would also recommend keeping the cat, as these engines are designed to work efficiently with the CAT present. ppl have reported on this forum that they have experienced decrease in low-end torque and overall performance after removing CAT. and some have re-installed kabuli CATs to regain the car's original performance.

Kya hogya hai bhae? 2500 kms oil change :S are you driving a mehran? Using synthetic and expensive oils, changing them every 2500kms isnt feasible bhaiya, Guard is i guess not making new Vitzes oil filters yet,

I use fully synthetic oils with genuine filters and change them after 8000 - 10,000 km. and Alhamdolillah, my 2002 vitz is still going strong after more than 5 years in Pakistan. I haven't faced a single issue related to engine throughout this period. I will be crossing the 100,000 km mark in the next few days.

Bro use the S gear to change gears manually at high speeds. You can do what we call 'gear khenchna...'

Also I wanted to ask about how to enhance the mileage? My car is pretty bad at mileage I guess because its 1.3

Were you comparing with manual or auto corolla? Manual cars have different gear ratios and have higher top sleed

2 days back it was heavy rainfall in islamabad i went out and there was water till my hood i managed to flow my car out of that but after that there is a sound coming from engine while pressing accelerator from zero speed with AC on.
i ve changed the oil,oilfilter,airfilter and serviced my car but the sound is still there.
reply someone please quick (:

is there any possibility to have rear speakers installed in doors instead of having a board? i need space in the back for wheel chair / stroller so can't afford to have a board in the back

I guess yaris door panels have speaker space in rear doors , try to fetch those

What sort of sound is it, ... Is it high pitched sound ? or it some other sound ? ... Mostly what happens is, belt gets wet and sounds, and goes away after some time. If thats the case no worries.

It is low pitched and a slight sound. but its just bugging me cause i sort of superstitious in terms of my car.
How many days does it take to go away ?
n which belt you are referring the engine belt ?
