Hi guys,

I did post when I had Mini Pajero, now tommorow I am going to get Vitz 2010 4.5 Grade with 40k driven. I have selected the car and all paper work has been done, tomm. is the day of delivery....

Insha Allah it would be good....

Experts can you please let me know, what are first checks need to be done, like checking engine oil, gear oil etc.....

Also, please let me know a good mechanic in Karachi.

Short listed to Vitz 2010 . Can anyone list down differences between various versions please?

Also someone said CVT ,if damaged, costs upto 2 lac to repair... so he suggested me to go for new Suzuki Swift Auto....is it true ?

I have vitz 2005. 2 issues hain
1- from last few days main feel ker rha hun k gari ruk jaye ti dubara pick nahi pakar rhi hoti.. aysa lagta jaisay gears change main issue ho rha ha issay.. expected distan meet nahi hota jitna race push kerta hun... per jab chalay tu behtreen chalti ha..

2- i need eclipse avn2203d LOADING.KWI file to unlock my dvd videos.

and what about navigation data CD. Navigation chalti ha pakistan main?

your CAT is probably choked. before getting it replaced with a kablee one( my suggestion) get your throttle body cleaned, spark plugs and air filter too.
if there's a problem with your CAT most mechanics and people over here will tell you to get it broken. if you use super (petrol) get it broken becuase your car would already be knocking. if you use hi octane plus super i'd recommend get a kablee one, depending on your location you can get it from sheer shah, bilal ganj or sultan ka kooh i got mine for 4000.

does anyone here have ever replaced their vitz's fuel filter changed? the whole kit is for 6500 (i think its very expensive, someone was telling me XLI filter can also be used, any experiences?

guys i have 2005 vitz 1 litre. recently it has started giving smoke and engine oil is also decreasing. i showed it to mechanic and he says that its piston rings problem and engine needs overhauling. but he suggested me instead of overhauling change the engine (available from bilal gunj) with a 1.3 instead of 1.0. now i have 2 questions
1. what is the consumption of 1.3 litre engine ?
2. if i change the engine what happens to the engine no. in the registration book of car? can it be changed and how??

when my vitz 2005 did that problem i sold it and got a new vitz 2008
cost of engine 50-60k
over hauling - 30-40k
new vitz 100-110k
your vitz 800k

i think you have 3 choices. go with the one you like.

yes brother i have the option of buying the new car but it is not that cheap now. i have done the calculation and i require approx. 3 lack to buy a new model car as 2008-09 model is arround 12 lack. so i remain with 2 option overhaul or engine replacement.

Thanks - Toyota guys also recommended for throttle body service but that was for get rid of vibration. I visited shahara motors for car checkup before buying.

Few days back my bro visited a efi transmission expert at Lahore suggested by some other mechanic for Transmission Oil change. But that guy said k pai jai koi zarorat nahii transmission oil di.. ayda silencer saff hon wala ha.. jab sara kam ho gia tu gari ka sound barh gia.. ab i am not sure k us ne CAT thor dia ha k nahi

secondly filter clean ha.. original plugs hain..

i think I should visit Toyota Shara motors.. aik dfa tika lagain *** per shayed masla resolve ho jaye

is a 1300cc vitz engine bolt-on-fit in a 1000cc vitz .....and vice versa?? or would they need any alteration/adjustment ??

I have a Vitz 2009, having a problem with driving seat, "tuk, tuk" sound is coming whenever i apply break or taken turn or when pressure is put on the seat, can anyone help me to diagnose the problem

Possibly the car-seat-sliders may have some problem. Does the seat slide back and forth on its own when you apply brakes.??
