I found a very good mechanic for my Vitz. He works on my friend's cars (Cygnus, Accord, Mark X, and Honda civic). I had my vitz tuned from him and Allhamdulillah, it's running much better now. Though the average is still 7-9 km/ltr.. But I use the A/C and the A/C runs even when the car is parked (for my mother). Also the car is driven with a heavy foot I still need to get the CAT removed. Toyota quoted 4k for removing the filter

Well CAT removing is not rocket science, i think this work can be done under Rs. 2000.

Aoa PWer's, I added 6x9 speakers in my vitz 5 months ago. The audio shop advised me to buy a wooden board to install the speakers on and to remove the original back board as it would crack. I didn't want to risk the original stuff so I bought one for rs.700. Now the board keeps moving from it's position. It rattles over bumps and makes noises. Also, I feel as if the speakers are not producing bass up to their capacity. Now I saw a vitz 2000 with speakers installed on the original board. Is it safe to install speakers on the original board? Will the be able to handle the load?

I got my throttle body service, fuel injectors cleaned ultrasonically, plugs cleaned, fuel filter cleaned from Magic Motora and they charged me 2000rs. If you go to Toyota Airport, Throttle body is 1500rs and just the plugs cleaning 800. Injectors and fuel filter cleaning would be more expensive.. CVT oil costs around 5000 and 2500 labour charges at Toyota. As said by other respected members, get CVT oil changed only from Toyota centre.

I m in rawalpindi, please suggest where can i get the dash board fixed/tightened....
Plus there is a sound like (choo choo) coming from front when i slow my car as if there is something loose....
Advice requireed for above works

I have driven 4 or 5 Vitz and that dashboard noise is there in all Vitz including mine.. I really hate it as it feels like I'm driving a 10 years old car.. Let me know if you find a way to remove it. I think a denter and electrician would be able to tighten the dashboard and doors noise.

Nazar lag gayi gaari ko.. Had a small accident today
A corolla hit my car from the side as we were turning left, (He changed lanes and hit my car's side).. My car got a dent on the back door and scratches over both the doors (Right side).. However, I'm proud to say that his car got most of the damage! the corolla would need a new bumper, light and a fender job!

And I found a very good denter.. He removed dents off a friend's 7 Series and it looked as if nothing ever happened

They can paint half door but then there are some colour matching issues , post pic of damage and then well see the best solution

Hi guys the question which is i am going to ask may be answered many times but I can't scroll back so please help me. My uncle came to Islamabad yesterday and he got a 1000cc vitz and we are facing some problems.. The pick of the car is very slow and it makes some strange noise on regular petrol but the noise decreases when high octane is used. We are willing to solve the problems but don't know what to do and from where??? We are in Islamabad. Any body please tell me any good reputed workshop in Islamabad. Thanks. Need a quick reply coz my uncle will be leaving for quetta within 3 days on vitz thanks

How much is the car driven? The Cat filter may be clogged. As for the noise, that is normal as the car's engine requires 95 ron petrol and the one we get is 87 ron.
