That depends how heavy your speakers are.. One of my friend used to have 2 speakers on the original backboard without any problem.
Speakers wont produce bass up to par unless they get a proper enclosure. With original backboard, the whole trunk becomes a box because of its accurate fitting.
Place the speakers on sides as far as you can. You can also check the durability of your board by just placing the speakers on the sides without holes.

I have an 06 model 08 import, 1.0 ltr vitz. I properly got it tuned, oxygen sensor is fine but with a.c its giving me not more than 10 km/ltr average with idling involved. Changed fuel stations, had hi octane mixed with regular fuel but same results. Is it normal? Milage is 97k

What oil viscosity are you using? I'll suggest 5W-30 or 10W-30.

Here is the trick to get good mileage on Vitz with ac on..
Do not use ac when car is stopped and you are about to accelerate it to drive.. Turn on the ac when car is up and running around 60km/h. A mechanic at Toyota Airport told me to do this as its a small engine and requires a lot of power and fuel to push it when ac is on. I always do this and Alhamdulillah my average is 14.5 with normal petrol and with 40% high octane, its around 16kms. With bigger tyres and those heavy Karachi made rims.
And as mentioned above, 5w30 and 10w30 are the best oils for vitz. I'm using Havoline formula 10w30(2150rs/4litres) at the moment but best oil in this grade is Toyota Genuine Oil 10w30(3400rs/4litre) that comes in a tin pack. You can use it up to 5000kms and still if you ask an honest oil changer guy, he will say its still good and you can drive it about 2000kms more!! (personal experience). I'm using Havoline because i change the oil every 2500kms and this is the best oil for the price.

If engine is weak, then 20W-50. However, this will cause a decrease in mileage. Else, 10W-30 From Havoline. Costs 2100/-

If it's a 1999-2004 model, go for 175/70/R13.. If it's a 2005+ modeel, get 185/70R14

Faisal bhai according to ur instruction i have done following work from magic motors (vitz model 2010 32k on odo )
1: change plugs orignal toyota irridium
2: change cvt oil genuine toyota
3: throtle body service
4: injectors cleaning
5: check catalytic converter he said catalytic converter is clean no need if cleaning.
6: scan n tune
7: change filters

But after all work my vitz pick is same as before.. I have spent 13k today but zero improvment pick is same engine feels load on low rpms n at high rpms engine sound is soo bigh. Plz can we meet somewhere so that u can check may be u feel the real problem.i m frm lahore model town.

Owners plz share ur experience regarding this problem

185 would be higher. Mileage would go down a bit.
