Secondly i m feeling my tires r hard. Even with less air (26). Tyre specs 195/15R.
Manufacture year 2011?

What do you mean by hard? Is it the steering which is hard or you feel that the tires with 26psi seems much( causing less traction, bouncing vehicle) while driving.
For 15" rim you should install 185/60 specification tires for best driving, fuel consumption, suspension and steering control. The rim width should be 5.5". The rim offset should be +45. With the specifications I have provided you, I guarantee that all shall be OK. Theses recommendations are for Vitz 2006, 1300 cc.

It seems like A/C compressor clutch pulley assembly bearing. Get the whole assembly replaced.

Thirdly i have two different noises frm engine.

1- at idle its like a bearing (khar khar sound). If i remove the belt it fades away. Checkd the ac bearing, waterbody and adjuster bearing. Plx help me.

Maybe it is the serpentine belt that needs to be replaced if the belt is okay then the tensioner needs adjustment to tighten the belt.

It would be better if you use HX-7E 5w-30 it's a better oil, I also use it in my 2001 vitz,

It's not thick 5w-30 is thinner than 10w-40.
I use 5w-30 in my 2001 1,35,000+ kms vitz

Well mine is 1.0 l turbo charged has a chipped ecu still I manage to get 14km/l to 17km/l
Engine oil has a very low impact on fuel economy

By hard i mean like when u have excessive air pressure in the tyres. Like the tyres r bumpy n making the whole car vibrate on even smallest of bumps. Like its not smooth if u lnw wht i mean.
N Yes v rightly said the same is mentioned on the door sticker.

Does the year of production also have an effect on it? Mine is manufactured in 2011. Are the old/expired??

Also can u explain wat these alphabets stand for? (B, FL, RS etc)
I think B means basic n FL means fully loaded. But wat do these have. Like wat features in B wat in FL n wat in RS.

Brother if its ac bearing then it should come at all RPM settings. N it should not disappear in neutral parking and S mode. M i right? Its more like knocking sound. How can i b sure?

Serpentine belt is the belt which drives ac compressor, generator and waterbody an i right?
Tht belt is in ok condition n tight also. Whoever listens to this noise says its either bearing or waterbody or some people say tht this noise is thr in all vitz 1.3
