I think it is not good that ABS is disturbed, ABS is the one of main safety feature, By the way what could causes ABS to disturb. Extra width of up-size car or Extra Speed?

ABS works with speed sensors on all tires, since up-size tires change outer diameter of tire, it disturbs input to vehicle speed sensor that makes your speedometer work incorrectly, which turn affects the Anti lock Breaking System (ABS) which needs correct speed input to apply requisite pressure to prevent wheel lock up.
Your option is getting suitable sized spacers on the rear suspension to increase ride height.

Well on the top right corner you can see some comments written starting with stars. Those are the positive aspects of the car which are,
TV navigation screen and back camera.
In the middle to the left, those are the negative comments namely,
Slight scratch on side mirror and wheel cap. Interior is lightly dirty. Body has a light 'wound'. Probably the U2 dent on the back.
Btw you can use Google translate, I used that to translate it.

What else do you want 25km/l? 15-16 is good and if you keep it at 100km/h it would give you near to 18

It's a little lower than it should do.
We have the same vitz in family which does somewhere 16-17kmpl at 110, lower the load higher the average.
I don't know the odo meter on your car but I've seen high mileage cars start to consume more fuel.
My belta 1.0 does around 16kmpl @110kmph on motorway, it's now 63000km. When it was around 20k-40k km I observed slightly better fuel consumption, around 0.5-0.8kmpl better

after filling in the new 92 RON fuel, remove the -ve terminal of your battery for 5-10 mins and re connect it to reset the ecu.

your milage will be optimum afterwards.

You need to follow the following major things to get better mileage:

1) Use stock wheel size 165/70 R14, maintaining an air pressure of 34 PSI
2) Use full synthetic engine oil with API SN or ILSAC GF-5 with 5W30 viscosity.
3) Install original OEM air filter
4) Use high octane fuel
5) Carry out wheel alignment and balancing if required
6) Remove excess weight from vehicle.

This is other than what you have done.

Increase tyre pressure to 34 psi provided you have 165/70 r14.

Change tyre to stock wheel size if big difference.

Also, try resetting ECU.
