you have to remove the engine tapped cover below the air filter box to reach the EGR valve..

If vehicle has not been driven in Pakistan, then I think only change of engine oil + oil filter, transmission oil, air filter, AC / Cabin filter would suffice.

No need for extra expenditure, like changing radiator coolant, brakes fluid, etc.

visit any Toyota dealership to get thorough inspection

If you have sufficient funds, then you may get these basic works done from dealership, otherwise, any reputed garage would suffice.

First of all, have the auction sheet verified. And if you want added peace of mind, have your vehicle inspected by Pakwheels Cars Inspection services, for figuring out any / all issues.

If your engine has not "heated up", then everything is fine IMO. No need to worry.

It was heated that day, but after that as I said above alhamdolillah it is not showing up any sign. Moreover I called mehanic to check if there is a gasket issue, he said oil is good and alhamdolillah not contamination found.

Don't pour in water.

Use only Toyota's super long life coolant.

Yes I used Toyota coolant but this time I tried Aisin.

i have purchased a vitz 2015/19 from a friend, 62k kms genuine mileage. 3.5 grade car due to scratches on two door else car is 100% perfect. I have also verified the auctton sheet
car has been driven 7k kms in pakistan and its engine oil has been changed once in pakistan i suppose
After reading all these threads related to oil grade debates, i have decided to pour in 5w-20 of shell original purchased through daraz and carefully monitor the behaviour of the the car for one week and will keep on checking if car is reducing engine oil.
I wanted to ask if this is ok and does the car requires a transmission oil change as its only 62k driven?

YES. For engine oil, 5w-20 fully synthetic from ZIC or Shell would suffice, however, as you have already said, do keep an aye on its level.

YES. IMO, CVTF may be changed ASAP, as usual drain interval is 40-60,000 kms.

You can either use Toyota genuine CVTF-FE, or Caltex CVTF as per https://www.caltex.com/pk/motorists/products/havoline-fully-synthetic-cvt-fluid.havoline-cars.transmission-fluids.html

It also meets / exceeds Toyota genuine CVTF-FE criteria, at half the price, however, just ensure that the product is 100% authentic.

Engine oil for this car is 0w20, not 5w20.

Why putting a slightly thicker oil when it's not even needed? Stick to the right grade. Shell is great

Transmission oil change is fine, but there are more chances of it getting ruined if you change it via the typical Desi method which is followed by almost every mechanic and even Toyota dealerships. Lower oil pan should never be opened.
There's a thread on CVT oil change for Corolla which mentions the right method.

I wanted to pour 5w20 because i didnt knew which grade was poured earlier and if the car doesnt reduce oil then i will shift on 0w20.

If your engine is reducing oil, it will reduce at both 0w and 5w. Not a ton of difference.

Go with what Toyota says first, I.e 0w20.

The mechanic had poured coolant and kept level in reservoir higher than full mark. Now coolant in radiator goes down and overflow from reservoir bottle.
