Look it up on google. And follow Toyota service manuals from countries where Toyota has direct presence like US.
Also, 40k may be for traditional automatics. Not for CVT, and certainly not for a Toyota CVT. Thereās a reason it does not have any dipstick and is sealed!! These are NOT meant to have their fluids changed on a regular basis. Do NOT change before at least 80,000km. Itās just stupidity and on top of that risking problems with your transmission if CVTF is not changed in the proper OEM method.
Also again look up on google. People doing 100-200k+ without cvtf replacements, two of my Toyota cvts did 100k+ without cvtf change zero issue . If someone is obsessed with changing, which is not a bad idea if done properly, donāt do it before 80k km.
