Toyota Vitz Strange Noise Help Required

I have a Toyota Vitz 2008 Model and during the first start-up of the day while keeping it overnight it makes a strange sound and pressing the accelerator increases the sound but after driving for a while the sound goes off and during the second start up on the same day it doesn't make that sound. I have recently changed Transmission Oil, Engine Oil and Oil Filter but the sound is still the same. Please Help?

Some other things i noticed that the noise starts when i shift gear and the car slightly vibrates during the startup.

My suggestion would be not to waste time and money elsewhere and just goto toyota ravi. They will charge Rs.500 for the check up but will diagnose it properly
