Toyota Vitz Tuck Tuck sound on Breaking

Hi, My Vitz sometimes start giving Kat kat sound when i break. Especially jumps like Bahria or PWD Road, it starts giving Kat Kat Kat sound. I have changed its brake pads since mechanic suggested it might be cause.Although toyota person in its inspection had told that these pads are ok but since mechanic suggested that it is cause of sound so i changed it. Original toyota Pads he charged me 4400 and mazdoori 800. He did tooling on front and back wheels which costed 700 for front wheels and 600 for back wheels.
Overall after doing all this, Still that Kat KAt KAt sound hasn't gone. Now i am suggested by someone that suspension coil of back wheels might be the cause. Some plastic think under the spring might work. Anyone suggest plz.

the same kat kat sound i experienced whenever i applied brakes the sound comes and i becomes low as soon as the speed gets low.
my mechanic checked that all the things were ok except the caliper pins, due to play occured in those pins the kat kat sound heard on braking.
The solution is either change the calipers or give the old pins cut on lathe machine. this will give u relief for some time.

No dear. I didn't find solution. A mechanic said disks need to grind so i did that too but no use. If you find any solution do share.

i was having same issue dont get the calipers pin cut
just go to bilal gunj and buy whole set with something call PUNJA type thing which include these pin
it will cost you 1800 -2200
kindly dont get the pin cut
your problem will for solve for some short time but after 10-15 days same tuk tuk sound will come back

i will suggest to change Brakes disc only .. replace with genuine one or better and cheaper version aka MKS (i Guess).
it resolved mine.

I was facing the same problem. I got brake pads changed. Now there is no sound when I press brake while moving forward. But that sound is still there when I reverse the car, specially at morning when I get car out of garage. My mechanic once applied some oil on rear disks but it worked fine only for 15 days and sound is back again. Very annoying.
