Toyota vitz vs Honda N one

Hi there
I want to buy my first car and my budget is 28lacs. My priorities are less maintenable, family car, stability, reliability, and parts availability. I want a long term car so I am thinking of two cars one in 660cc category (N One Turbo) and other is 1000cc (Vitz 3rd gen).
When I see specs of Honda N One Premium Tourer Turbo 660cc, I like its specs over vitz as in my budget I will get vitz 3rd gen 2013 or 2014 model. But within same budget I can get Turbo variant of N one 2014-2016.
My daily commute within Lahore City is 35km. And somehow I will travel along with my family (4 or 5 members including me) on long route after 2/3 months.
But I have also heard that 660cc cars are small engine and not good for long routes, and their AC not work efficiently in summer.
What will you all suggest me as I want to keep car for at least 3 to 4 years. Should I go for Honda N one or Vitz 3rd gen as I think engine torque wise and HP wise N one is best.
You can also suggest another best JDM hatchback of 660cc and 1000cc.

I have n one turbo. Its the best city car imo. Better than vitz. Fuel economy/acceleration both are optimal. AC is decent and better than other 660cc cars. On long route, it performs fine even till 120km/h. But only for max 4 people. Secondly trunk space isn't much. Also note that the car i have is in great condition. It will be very tough to find a good condition car in this range. Personally, since you'll be driving out of city frequently with 4-5 people, I'd suggest u to get vitz or passo. cabin and trunk space will be better. Also in n one if 4-5 people are sitting, gaari baith jati hai. like after crossing a speed breaker you'll feel suspension is being pressed to the max and car will bounce.
