Toyota yaris delivery dispute

Dear all, i have booked a toyota yaris from toyota Jhelum motors on 9th October 2020 with partial payment as per company policy and confirm a p.b.o with the delivery date of February 2021. In the 1st week of February 2021 i payed all the payment to company but regretfully after having all the amount toyota dragged my delivery month feb to April 2021. When i called they replied that u deposit late payment. I call to toyota Deputy manager sales to request for favorable consideration, but astonishing that she ethicless lady behaved like i committed a sin to booked yaris and replied, you must have knowledge that payment must be submitted before 15 days. What should i do?

You probably submitted the payment late, that is why you requested for consideration.

As per the auto companies policies you have to deposit the remaining amount before 20th of prev month in your case jan 20.
Due to your late deposit ur delivery got delayed.

final installment of balance amount is to be deposited 30 days ahead of tentative delivery date.
Toyota must have sent you an email or a phone message as usual practice. Unless the dealership played game with you.

The p.b.o is not mentioned with due date to submit the payment. On the reverse of the p.b.o toyota terms and conditions says clause no.4(v) pic attached they are bound to wait for 15 days in case of delay payment.

Or if their was due date than it should be changed immediately after the specific period but it changes after collection of required amount i thnk thats funny for me. 2nd i even should have an email r a phone call to deposit the amount

After having outstanding amount in their account they than remember that payment is late and my status has changed. If it was late it should be changed immediately after due date.

You should go to the Consumer Court if you are feeling aggrieved.

Nothing can be done as you have paid late .

Yes dealership must have informed you but I think that the dealership is not professional enough.
