Hello Guys,
Few days back i purchased a car Toyota yaris that is exactly looking like Vitz. Now when i tried to fix the car according to my needs, i wanted to replace its rear drum brake pads. I found out those are different from Vitz and i haven't found them in markets in Peshawar.
I wanted to know if anyone know where i can find those specific pads that are entirely different from any other Japanese vitz

Take ur car's old brake pads with you & visit to shoba bazar market & Saddar auto market. They are easily available there. And if ur yaris is original 1300cc then ask the shopkeeper to give u toyota probox brake pads, they both share the same brake pads.

The fact that i did wen to sadar and Shuba. The model i have this model brake shoes are not even available with Chudary Autos. He said i will import them from dubai still no reply. I think i will have to change the whole assembly to vitz model.

Saeed bro, kindly tell me details of ur vitz or do post some pics of the car. bcz I also have 1.3 2001 vitz and it uses toyota probox leathers for the rear drum brakes. I bought mine from some shop that is infront of shoba bzar, on the road. Kindly check it with those shopkeepers. I am quite amazed that how the hell those pads are not available in Peshawar. Jo cheez puray pakistan mai na milti ho, wo shoba sy mil jti hai & these pads are giving u tough time.

I didn't visited Shuba bazar. But to sadar for new only. Kal ja k waha daikhta hoon aur agar na howe i will also ask from probox drums i am sure same hongy. Shayed tehkal mai inko samaj nai aye. Thank you for your concern. i will let you know then if any one else faced such problem they will find it easy then.

I have yaris 2006 1.3 and same problem not found rare break shoes for it.i want to know if you get these .or any comptible with any Japanese car.i will wait for your replay.

Go to Sadar bazaar, on the other side of Sunehri Masjid there are shops inside the plaza around that area. who are selling brake pads, small shops but they are also doing whole sale. And they will give you those in minutes. U will be surprised how quickly they fix your problem
