Whatever Engine capacity i.e.1.3 or 1.5 you decide to choose the trend now even in Pakistan is to go for A/T.It has better resale value too.This I personally experienced when I sold my Honda City and most queries were if it was automatic or not.Secondly if you are going to drive yourself mostly and that too mostly in the city, an automatic becomes a necessity.Rest is your decision and budget.

Bookings were closed as 2020 stock was booked and 2021 bookings were yet to open. But saw a post today from toyota faisalabad that 2021 bookings are open now.

I have budget of 26-29 (can't be pushed more). I want a car which will be my main use car for driving in Islamabad and occasional trips up north. I will sell the car in maximum 2 years to upgrade. Options:

2017-2018 Corolla GLi A/T @ 26-27
New Yaris ATIV 1.3 @ 29
2016 Civic X Non-Oriel @ 29

Which one of these (or any other PKDM) would be a better option with the above requirement, especially resale without loss in 2 years? And please don't suggest City, airbags are non-negotiable in this price

Go for 9th generation oriel civic prosmatic.early units of 10th generation civic had quality issues

Choose between these two.. If you are okay, then go for a used Civic or Grande otherwise get a new Yaris. Enjoy peace of mind for 2 years. Then sell it a good price. You never know the condition of used car

IF you can find a Civic X in good condition (being sold by a relative or friend), that would be the best option.
But if you're buying from market then chances of finding a trouble free Civic X in great condition for this price are pretty slim. In such a case, buy new Yaris instead.

I also considered civix X 16 17 model in 31-31.5 lacs but after watching civic X reviews n faults i opted for yaris..Altis 1.6 is good option only drawback is 4 speed autotranny..today friend bought 13 model prius in very good condition in around 28 lacs..

I have booked a new yaris ativ x 1.5 at official toyota showroom in Rawalpindi. My car will be delivered by December inshaALLAH but i have a problem that i do not know any trustable mechanic whom i should take along with me to the showroom. so i was thinking kay pakwheels sy inspection krwa loon. so is it possible? cuz Pakistan mai aap ksi ko bhi trust nai kr saktay, aur suna hai k gaarian transport krtay huay damage hoti hain tau showroom walay usi ki denting painting kr k deliever kr daitay hain. kindly give me your valuable suggestions. If possible, do take pakwheels inspection team with you.. Otherwise, you can inspect it yourself aswell. Pata chal jata hai painted and repaired gari ka
