Finally booked Yaris 1.5 Ativ today and delivery in March. 2 months back i wanted to upgrade my ride and initially i was planning to buy Picanto then i shifted to Yaris 1.3. My family asked me to go for 1.5 at least

I have booked yaris 1.3 Gli MT. The delivery month is jan 2021 and dealership told me car can deliver any time in January. There are many users who booked yaris please tell me when they got their car start,mid or end of the month.

I heard that Toyota warranty will void if user has change / add something in Yaris. I am planning to take 1.3 Ativ CVT. But I would need to change entertainment system and will also go for rear camera installation. Will these installations / alterations void the company warranty?

I have seen that many of the guys changed many accessories and also add body kits.

Correct. Any changes you make to the electrical system will void the electrical warranty, similarly changing the tyres will void suspension warranty.

If you want to keep the warranty intact, go for OEM infotainment system from an authorized dealership

Yes . Wsrranty wound become void when you install anything

That costs 60K and the quality is not good as other options available in market. So, they are taking this amount for the warranty

Yeah, it's unfortunate. You can easily get a very decent aftermarket android unit in less than half the price but both Honda and Toyota charge ridiculously high for their cheap infotainment systems. For those who want to keep warranty intact there is no other choice.

Keep the genuine head unit with you. God forbid, if you have to claim warranty, just swap the lcd with genuine head unit.
