Anyone here who changed Yaris 1.5's tyres to 185/65 R15? Please let me know if you feel any difference in acceleration, average and overall ride quality. Extremely confused right now because I don't want to keep BG Trako but also can't find stock size in Yokohama.

Meezan bank incorporates the monthly insurance premium (for the whole length of agreement) and registration charges( first yr EMIs only) in the monthly EMI...

No bank ever finances a car without insurance...Islamic banks call it takkaful...Meezan charges 2% Takafful,

As for WHT as the car is in their name they legally have to pay the WHT. Most banks register the car with dual title .. You & the Bank.. as you are the owner in that case they charge the WHT.

I sincerely hope that you have NOT opted for the residual value ijrah... if so then you would have to pay the RV upon maturity as well.

My friend has in his GLi. He switched to 185/65/R15. Changed Alloys and Tyres. Hasnt felt any decrease in car's average. Ride is more soft/comfortable and those arch gaps are reduced. Car looks nice aesthetically. His car also handles rough roads,bumps and potholes much better than stock

I have an ATIV X - got it 5 days ago. I'm still on stock.

If you want to keep stock size then there is no point in changing the tyres. Drive them for 30-40k kms and then change. Change the tyres if you are open to moving to 185/65

I won't recommend 195s as that will reduce your cars average. 185/65 won't make much of a difference. At least it doesn't in my friends GLi CVT

When did you book your ATIV X? Time frame for delivery after full payment? City?
Which insurance you have opted for? Is Toyota's own insurance any good?
Registration done through dealership or yourself? Charges?

Contact the dealership's sales person ask him if PBO sent to Indus. Usually updates in 2-3 days

Delivered on June 25th
Through Bank so I didn't insure the car myself (Bank Alfalah has its own Insurance Company so that's what they used)

JazakAllah for the clarification yes they include in monthly EMI but again my point is if they are taking insurance amount in advance (usually it's last years insurance which they ask you to pay in advance) now when you payoff early this amount will not be returned
and yes every bank ask you to pay insurance in monthly EMI but again Meezan won't ask you a whole year insurance payment in advance which DIB did with me
so that's where they are transparent and yes again they pay WHT because they are the owners
and I have not opted for the RV ijara no one would I think

They have fixed Ijara (Mostly banks are based on KIBOR rate on yearly basis) which means the EMI will be fixed till the end of the lease

Meezan is much cleaner in their interactions. In Islamic ijrah they are the best in my opinion.

DIB does not have a true Islamic model in my opinion... they have a clause which allows them to review policy rates every 6 months (floating)..

exactly what they did to me when kibor rates were increased, I asked them and even called their helpline but they were reluctant to clarify anything even their staff is rude, they turned down my multiple requests and I ditched them when they are about to finalize my lease and then I asked my company to transfer my lease to Meezan which they did so yeah they are useless now.

It's voids warranty..if the OEM size isn't used... as per my knowledge.. also shared by someone in forum.. can't find it right now..

Yes it would void suspension warranty. Stick to stock tyres if you want to keep warranty intact.
