I booked Ativ X on 14th july in white color with tentative delivery of August . Today i called indus and lady told me that we have still pending orders of July,so your car can be delayed. Dont know what is cooking,seems like they are planning for price increase.

I think its due to chip shortage although price increase is expected...

I believe that Toyota will try to maintain the current prices for a month or two if feasible to cash in maximum sales before Honda City deliveries start in bulk.

1) if Ceramic or Glass coating is worth it? (Color white)
2) Should we change the stock tyres and is changing worth it? If yes then what size is recommended?
3) What accessories should be bought for the car?

1. For white colour no. Just have it waxed properly from time to time. The colour would last long. Choose wax products carefully though.
2. No the tyres are ok for the first 20 thousand kilometers. They become noisy once u are about to reach ur 20k. If you really want to change them then stick to the stock size because Indus will give you a headache for warranty in case something comes up.
3. If u booked Ativ X then get air press, steering lock,insurance, interior detailer (meguiars preferrably), get the quarter glass tinted, sheets for the door windows, reflector shade to protect the dashboard, seat covers to protect the beige seats, mats coz the carpet mats will worn out within the first 10months, trunk tray, a namda for the bonnet,....

Also I am interested in getting leather seat covers - which is the best leather in the market? Is "gum leather" the best?

Talking about cost from saddar rawalpindi instead of expensive islamabad shops.

Airpress: maximum 700
Steering lock: 2500
Insurance: 56k to 60k depending on the rate u get.
Meguiars interior detailer: 2500 to 3000. Go to autohub.pk
Quarter glass tint: maximum 300 to 400. This is full black tint.
Reflector sheet to protect dashboard: 200
Glass window sheets: 600 i guess
Trunk tray: 2000
Mats: 1500
Namda: 1500 to 2000
Seat covers: no idea
