Its not being acceptable, It is definetly a low quality finish, But this is very much noticable on door Handles and bumpers, seems like they dont do the final sanding.
You will only see a new blue (already available in Corolla and Fortuner) and a strawberry red which is the display color for Yaris around the world.

This is probably one of those cars i wish Toyota had launched earlier (or its predecessor shape rather than the current generation). The third gen Yaris looked better in interior and exterior than the current one at first glance : (
