Adjustment of TPS Sensor, Honda City 2004- 2007 using 5 Volts Phone Adopter.
I am sorry, information provided earlier regarding Honda City TPS Sensor was wrong. According to the link provided by @ coolsmart . Output Voltage should be .5 Volts once Throttle is fully closed and value should be 4.8 Volts at WOT.
Fuel and Emissions System Description
I had to detach the Throttle Body from Vehicle and after cleaning the throttle body, I brought it in my room where I have tested the TPS sensor by Applying 5 volts signal to the Power Pin of TPS and combining the Ground. I was able to find the old 5 Volts phone Adopter and I took the pair of wires with crocodile Clips. Measurement was taken using Multimeter and finally position of TPS was adjusted such that it gives 0.5 Volts at Throttle Closed. Very good observation was made such that with 0.5 Volts at throttle closed the only value it gives at WOT was 4.5 Volts rather than 4.8 Volts. I felt, that settings for TPS sensor of Honda City 2005 to 2007 is exactly same as for other cars that’s why did not made further adjustments of WOT voltage.
Entire work was done away from the Vehicle, without breaking or scratching any wire. Later Throttle body was attached with the Vehicle and trouble code disappeared with smooth idling was observed.

CONCLUSIONS
1) Had I soldered the small hollow pins instead of small sized crocodile pins then things would had even simpler as these pins can sit very well on the pins of TPS sensors.
2) Initially settings made were 0.47 Volts at throttle Closed and 4.44 Volts at WOT but since coolsmart quoted that Honda City’s Engine is same as Honda Jazz that’s why I applied 0.5 Volts and automatically 4.5 Volts was the outcome at WOT.
3) Since, There is still confusion, if output at WOT should be 4.8 Volts or 4.5 Volts so decided to leave it like this. Anyway, after attaching the throttle body with Vehicle and with full acceleration, RPM goes into high into RED mark.
