Tracking of WagonR Booking Order

Assalam-O-Alaikum, In Lahore, I have booked a WagonR with full payment just couple of days ago and the dealer has issued me a PBO with booking and reference number. The PBO is the only reciept which I have recieved till now.

I will highy appreciate if someone could answer my few questions roaming around in my mind as this is my first car booking.

Q1: Where can I track this booking or from where can I get the confirmation of my booking order if this is a geniune booking?

Q2: After we have given the payorder to the dealer, do we only get the PBO in return or there are some other documents to be collected?

Q3: How many number of documents will I be given by the dealer at the time of delivery? like invoices or delivery reciepts? Please guide and advice.

From dealer side i also got only one PBO after 10 days, other than that keep copy of DD yourself. I also didn’t find any way to track the booking. But if you call Pak Suzuki head office they may confirm you. In my case they never pick the call. Keep in touch with the authorised dealership where you booked the car. I hope everything will be fine.

u will get a paper called PBO with dealership stamp without booking number on submission of full payment thru PO/bank draft.

it will have ur details alongwith details of payment made by you against the product booked.

Normaly from 4-7 days, PSMCL issues a booking number with tentative delivery date which is reflected in the booking portal and visible to dealership.

this booking number is the evidence that ur PBO has been processed by PSMCL and manufacture process has been initiated.

U r supposed to keep in touch in with dealership untill u get the updated PBO with booking number and TDD.

It is important because prices applicable at the date of booking by PSMCL shall be reflected on ur invoice.

Now u can call PSMCL and provide ur details to confirm that car has been booked with them and thats all.

u can contact again ur dealership near the TDD to know when the car is arriving with them.
