Lahore City Traffic Police have issued a traffic alert a traffic alert due to protests in the city. In a tweet, the police shared the details of blocked roads and have asked the citizens to opt alternative routes.
As per the tweet, these are roads are currently blocked:
- Jail Road Bridge Towards Sherpao Bridge Jail Road
- Chungi Amarsidhu towards Qenchi, Ferozepur Road (both sides)
- Kamla Chowk Metro Track, Kalma Flyover
- Shahdara Chowk
- High Court Chowk towards GPO Chowk, Mall Road (both sides)
The police is directing the traffic to alternative routes.

Islamabad Traffic Alert
Meanwhile, Islamabad traffic police have also shared the details of blocked roads amid protests in the capital. As per the police, these roads are currently blocked:

- Tramri Chowk
- Athaal Chowk Bharakahu
- Those going to Murree from Islamabad and coming back may face traffic trouble
- Diversion placed for both sides of traffic at Express Chowk and NADRA Chowk in Red Zone
