The car is mine but in my fathers name. I have been given permission to transfer legal ownership to myself, although never got around to it.
Father is abroad, although will be returning to PK soon.
Can it be possible to transfer while he's abroad or would his presence be required?
What would the procedure be?
Would it be necessary that I need sales reciept or other documents as a normal car sale?
What would cost be?
