you need a NOC from the city where form the bike were sold .. means company doc .. that you rev .. from which city go there .. give them a solid reason get NOC and then register your bike at Lahore city and any other city with witness of local residence ...

brother bike ki registration kaha ki hai .. ye batein ..
agr gujaranwala ki hai .. or ap Kshmir k hou toh ap ko vahan k transfer k law ko chk krna pre ga .. k bike ki registration Kashmir transfer ho sakti ha k nahe ..
just go to civic center .. of Kashmir

FSD mai b Lahore jese smiler rules hai .. sirf aik paper se toh bike ap k name nahe ho sakkti .. jis bnde se purchase ki hai .. os se bike ki company file ka poochein .. agr file fsd k civic center mai jama hai toh .. theek hai phr just ap ko sell deed ki zarorat pre gi jis pr first owner ki signature hon ge then vo ap k name pr transfer ho jae gi ..

aik baat orr .. agr old registration hai 2000 se pehle ki.. ..!! toh .. vo aik paper ki bohat hai .. fiber sheet wala paaer ho ga .. plastic k cover mai .. i think ..

ki issue nahe hai original paper ap k pass .. hain . aik broker hier krlou .. vo sale deed banva de ga .. no need of original buyer ..
just sale deed ka masla ho ta hai es pr original owner k sign hote hain ..
broker os pr jus owner ka name likh de ga .. or T-O form etc pr setting krva de ga ..

Nope. if you have the cnic no. of seller, what you can do is ask a friend in bank to put his number in software and get print of cnic. The format is slightly different than an actual cnic copy but that should work!!

you need to meet the person whom have the owner ship of that bike .. indeed ... for his signature ... on the transfer letter ..

next it is depend on you .. to make a transfer letter on 100-500 rupee advocate stamped sale deed or ... formal photocopy transfer letter which one normally every one use (which one not legal for transfer )

Yes you can transfer it to your name in any where in Pakistan but the registeration remain with parent city where it was buy zero meter and register only name can b transferable
